- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience with search advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), or shopping ads.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience coaching advertisers in the use of the Google Ads, Google Shopping or Search Ads 360 platforms.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience with solution-based promoting.
- Ability to deliver insights from data that creates business value and drives client action.
- Ability to provide thought leadership and effectively lead discussions at C-Level/Director Level.

As a Search Product Lead, you'll partner with leading retail advertisers to develop strategies that support the impact of their Search campaigns. You'll leverage knowledge of the Google Search platform and product innovations to craft custom solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for clients.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Translate customers' overarching business objectives and marketing objectives into search-specific advertising strategies.
- Establish partnerships with Sales and other Specialist teams to identify, prioritize, and pursue Search opportunities.
- Lead client adoption of key Search product features: Omnichannel Bidding, Budgets, Coverage, Creative Excellence, and Audiences.
- Import and export solutions for Search marketing that allow for deployment.
- Serve as a feedback loop back to Product Management and Technical Support to influence feature prioritization and issue resolution.
