Analytical Consultant, Large Customer Sales

  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
  • Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build networks and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers acting as a product Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customers and agencies.
  • Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities.

As one of the masterminds behind our strategic planning, forecasting and analysis, you’ll spend your time digging into big, complex data sets. The data will not remain inert in your hands, however, since you’ll use your critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills to influence and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making with our most senior business leaders within the organization, and potentially some of our biggest clients.

As an Analytical Consultant in Large Customer Sales (LCS), you will deliver data-driven decision-making for our customers. You will achieve this by assessing customer needs, informed by a strong understanding of the macro and industry environment and its impact on our clients and then leading comprehensive analysis, and activating insights through compelling pitches. You will operate as customer-centric sales analysts, dedicating significant time to direct engagement with our customer stakeholders.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer business and marketing goals, then leveraging insights to help them achieve those objectives faster.
  • Develop custom insights analysis for Google's customers. This helps them identify opportunities, make better decisions, and achieve business goals (e.g., by showing how their online presence aligns with consumer demand, optimizing their next year's budget, or identifying product categories).
  • Scale best practices in insights from our customers to the entire portfolio through effective training, clear processes, compelling narratives, and adaptable templates.
  • Co-lead at least one area of learning and innovation, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications for analysts or advanced branding insights.
