Manager, Technical Program Management, ASCII

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in technical program management.
  • 5 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 14 years of experience in managing technical programs or software development.
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
  • 6 years of experience in leading and managing technical program management teams.
  • Experience with core technical infrastructure supply chain (e.g., data center, servers, network or AI/ML fleet).
  • Experience in program managing software development/software customizations in a supply chain ecosystem.

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the Bengaluru Technical Program Management (TPgM) team, driving growth and ensuring efficient program execution.
  • Oversee large-scale software development and related programs, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and external partners to achieve project objectives and streamline processes.
  • Improve efficiency through process optimization and automation, working closely with the Head of ASCII TPgM.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational expense management for the ASCII organization.
