Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in strategy and operations or management consulting.
  • Experience working with data analytics tools and reporting platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in strategy and operations, program management, or management consulting.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving operational improvements.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, dashboards).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

To establish Google as the undisputed leader in AI/ML infrastructure by building the highest performance, most cost-effective, and most reliable AI/ML infrastructure on the planet. The Global Strategic Sourcing and Silicon Operations (GS3O) team has accountability for supplier technology evaluation and selection, strategic investments, sourcing negotiations and commercial agreements, silicon quality assurance, and silicon manufacturing operations.

As a Strategy and Operations Program Manager, you will separately lead high-impact strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organization. You will own the scoping, planning, and delivery of complex programs that span multiple quarters, translating vague business priorities into clear, actionable goals and roadmaps. You will partner with executive leadership to align direction and influence cross-functional decision-making through strategic data analysis and insights.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact strategic projects and drive them from conception to execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and measure program success.
  • Support business operations work, such as headcount planning, resource management, and tracking key operational metrics.
