Service Partnerships Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in program managing Request for Proposals (RFP), new supplier evaluation and negotiating onboarding.
  • Knowledge of the product life-cycle and designing new programs from conception to launch.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with excellent communication skills and along with enhancing the processes.

Google's Devices and Services Group is seeking a Service Partnerships Lead to shape the future of customer support for mobile products. In this role, you will drive strategic partnerships, onboard service providers aligned with Google's direction, and ensure a seamless service experience for mobile products users worldwide. You will collaborate across teams and borders to launch new products successfully. With your business development experience, global mindset, communication skills, and project management experience, you will navigate complex projects and mitigate risks. Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of senior cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard service partners who align with our direction for excellent customer support.
  • Launch new products, ensure our service network is ready to support the launch of mobile devices.
  • Collaborate across borders, partner with cross-functional teams across Google, as well as external partners, to deliver seamless service experiences worldwide.
  • Navigate complex projects, lead multi-faceted projects, from planning to execution, ensuring clear communication and risk mitigation.
