As an Acquisitions and Development Operations Lead, you will manage the business cadence, including budgeting, planning, and reviews, and lead strategic projects. Your work will directly support the delivery of new data center locations, the expansion of existing campuses, and provide technical analysis and reporting for portfolio management.

This role involves supporting the A&D team's regular business rhythm, including special projects, and advocating the team’s strategy internally and externally. You will guide process improvement initiatives across A&D business units and support core business functions. You will network with other Operations Leads across ELS to ensure consistency and alignment. Furthermore, this position serves as the primary link between the A&D organization and the ELS Chief of Staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and strategic cohesion. This comprehensive role is pivotal in driving the operational success and strategic objectives of the data center acquisitions and development efforts.
