Search Ads 360 Specialist, Google Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • 4 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.
  • Experience in digital advertising, with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Search, or advertising technology platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Search Ads 360 or a similar Search Engine Marketing (SEM) ad technology platform for campaign management and media optimization.
  • Experience managing new business or accounts in digital advertising, with a focus on Paid Search.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building relationships across internal teams with the ability to reach and exceed goals.
  • Ability to develop business contacts within the advertising, marketing and digital industries in EMEA.
  • Ability to understand and absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to communicate in Polish or German fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Meet business growth goals and optimize adoption and usage of Search Ads 360 across customer portfolio.
  • Act as the Google domain expert and chief point of contact for all things programmatic, especially as a product expert in Google Marketing Platforms (GMP) and Search Ads 360. Develop, drive, and renew agency partnerships across the organization from account teams to Chief-level stakeholders.
  • Understand client business needs and issues. Lead customer communications, feature prioritization, and resolve client issues.
  • Use key optimization levers, like automation and attribution, to drive performance against our client’s desired customer business outcomes. Consult agency partners on the adoption of Search Ads 360 technology and best practices to drive search marketing success.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Google product, business, marketing, and customer support teams to enable client success and pursue opportunities within accounts.
