- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or MBA degree.
- Demonstrated ability to work within constraints as well as challenge the status quo.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, including ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for actions based on the analysis.
- Expertise in talent management, total rewards, organizational design, employee relations, and HR data analytics.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions.

As a member of the POps Pillar Lead People Partner team, you'll be a key strategic advisor, working side-by-side with HR experts. You’ll be part of a HR team defining and implementing the people strategy with leaders across people operations. You’ll work on complex organizational and people challenges, set strategy, and execute on key goals including, organizational health, talent development, and workforce planning.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $219,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution using insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
- Drive organizational health by analyzing complex trends, gauging culture, advising leadership candidly.
- Build strong relationships with and advise leaders on complex HR issues, balancing business objectives against risk and people impact, with a focus on people consequences and reactions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the client organization, advising several VPs across many countries and job families in the development of people plans.
- Drive organizational change at all levels to shape and execute strategic people plans as well as resolve complex root-cause issues with agile, cross-disciplinary solutions that extend beyond traditional HR boundaries.
