Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in consulting or customer-facing focused on delivering cloud solutions.
  • Experience with people management, including managing developers through technical project delivery.
  • Experience managing partners (e.g., channel partners, systems integrators, or third-party developers) to deliver solutions.
  • Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in leading IT implementations, IT support, deployments, and business development activities.
  • Experience in systems design or explaining complex systems interactions, including data flows, common interfaces, APIs, and methods.
  • Experience programming in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or C++).
  • Experience with Kubernetes or GKE.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage across multiple time sensitive initiatives.

In this role, you will oversee the scoping and technical delivery of complex Customer Engagement Suites Solutions (CES) covering program assurance, verification, validation, and driving exceptional customer satisfaction. You will bring your executive leadership acumen to a team responsible for working directly with Google's customers to help them transform their business. You will help set and execute strategy and work with customer executives and key technical leaders to deploy solutions via Google Cloud. You will oversee relationships with key Google partners currently servicing accounts in order to manage programs, deliver consulting services, and provide technical guidance and best practices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Foster a team culture, through hiring, developing, and retaining a team of Cloud consultants and Cloud developers with clear objectives, performance management, and career coaching.
  • Serve as a trusted executive advisor to customers, providing the executive visibility, resources, and sponsorship needed to accelerate innovation and adoption across the market.
  • Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and external partners to manage and deliver successful cloud infrastructure solutions through discussions, strategic presentations and recommendations, and implementation in Google Cloud environments.
  • Set the goal and measure the impact of the CES technical strategies for the professional services organization.
  • Establish and maintain a formal, continuous feedback loop with Core Product and Development teams, ensuring customer-facing delivery challenges and critical solution requirements are prioritized and integrated into the feature roadmap for next-generation CES platforms.
