As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering compute, platforms, and products that support Google's AI-first products, research, and Cloud offerings. Your work will impact users and shape the future of AI. The team is focused on delivering positive value to customers and partners, both internal and external. In this role, you will be encouraged to experiment, take risks, and contribute ideas. You'll be the conduit between the team and Google's product areas enabling them to manage their serving fleet efficiently, enabling them to productionize the latest Gemini launches.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the overall program plan for Generative AI Serving Efficiencies including communication/planning on migrations, applications of efficiency initiatives, and resource allocation.
  • Work with Technical Program Managers, Serving Engineers, and product area PoCs to define and prioritize feature gaps to enable product areas to adopt the latest efficiency recommendations.
  • Track and manage the progress of efficiency rollouts.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of the program's progress and to obtain their buy-in on key decisions.
  • Facilitate collaboration and coordination between the different teams involved in the LLM deployment process.
