Program Manager, Global Supply Demand Management

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of program management experience.
  • 1 year of supply chain management/operations experience in consumer hardware.
  • Experience in demand/supply planning or forecasting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain analytics related role, working with SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience working in an agile program management environment with ambiguous requirements, engaging priorities, and shared resources.
  • Experience developing data-driven insights and presenting recommendations in a supply chain management consulting setting.
  • Experience driving supply chain strategies at scale.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent investigative skills with the ability to discern key inputs, retain and use data that drives high impact decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop supply strategies including short and long range supply or demand models that seek to maximize supply chain flexibility while minimizing total costs and inventories. Maintain excellent service levels to partners and customers worldwide.
  • Present Supply and Demand recommendations to leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales Operations, and Product Management teams to comprehend and influence demand assumptions, scenarios, inputs and adjustments to forecast.
  • Drive product success by keeping ourselves and others accountable for metrics such as inventory,
    Excess and Obsolescence (E&O), material spend, plan attainment, freight, cost of goods sold (COGS), and gross margins.
  • Enhance system capabilities and translate complex business requirements into system requirements.
