Partner Enablement and Activation Manager

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical communications, activation, or enablement field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 7 years of technology activation management experience.
  • Experience in partner Go-to-Market (GTM) or Business-to-Business (B2B) product activation.
  • Experience building partner GTM strategies, programs and teams that drive business growth through internal sales teams and GTM through and with partners.
  • Experience in planning and executing programs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience working with and leading cross-functional stakeholders towards a common goal.
  • Experience building global, scalable partner programs that show clear results and impact.
  • Experience with cloud computing enterprise software, virtualization, application development, containers, and developer-oriented products.

About the job

In this role, you will enable Google sellers and partner teams to better position partners in the market and in opportunities to sell/implement Google Cloud technologies, either co-sell or partner-led. You will establish training for field sellers and partner teams on how to engage with partners as well as lead the Global Internal Partner Learning Series and Partner Insider Newsletter. Also, you will work collaboratively to unify how we approach partner enablement across technical, partner sales enablement, and internal partner roles, it will support launches of new partner Go-To-Market plays, as well as products and solutions to ensure field sellers and partner teams are ready to work with partners. You will own the Partner Team Library containing the latest information for sellers as well as act as the global partner point of contact for Cloud needs. You will conduct regular surveys, connect with the Learning Series review board, and engage in other activities with both regions and business teams to understand the needs of our audiences.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities

  • Manage the Global Internal Partner Learning Series, Partner Newsletter and Partner Content Platform. This includes driving content creation as well as the management and execution of the program for the global googler partner team.
  • Build and conduct training for field sellers and partner-facing teams on how to engage with partners.
  • Support launches of Partner GTM plays for new and acquired products and solutions to ensure field sellers and partner teams are ready to work with partners.
  • Collaborate and lead partner sales leadership, sales/technical enablement teams, engineering, programs, legal, and other teams across the company to build and launch both high-touch and repeatable partner enablement programs globally.
  • Track, measure, and report program success, making adjustments to continuously improve and maximize results.
