Partner Experience and Partner Hub Manager

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical communications, activation, or enablement field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 7 years of technology activation management experience.
  • Experience in partner Go-to-Market (GTM) or Business-to-Business (B2B) product activation.
  • Experience building partner GTM strategies, programs and teams that drive business growth through internal sales teams and GTM through and with partners.
  • Experience in planning and executing programs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience working with and leading cross-functional stakeholders towards a common goal.
  • Experience building global, scalable partner programs that show clear results and impact.
  • Experience with cloud computing enterprise software, virtualization, application development, containers, and developer-oriented products.

About the job

In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing the Google Cloud partner experience through strategic content development and management. You will collaborate closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to define, implement, and refine partner content experiences, particularly for the ongoing development of Partner Hub. This includes authoring content, defining content plans, and establishing robust content management processes. You will drive impact by ensuring partners can easily access essential tools and information, developing site structures and user journeys across various partner platforms, and managing asset content audits. You will also play a critical role in supporting program and product launches, managing content for sunsets and rebrands, and providing post-launch success metrics reporting, all while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize site structures, user journeys, and information architecture to enhance partner access to critical tools and information.
  • Manage content lifecycles, including updates, sunsets, and rebrands, to maintain current and relevant partner resources.
  • Conduct regular content audits and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement of the partner experience.
  • Understand stakeholder business needs and develop content strategies that align with organizational priorities.
  • Organize and manage a community of content builders/contributors to scale content creation and distribution.
