Webinar and Video Marketing Program Manager

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working as a Marketing Program Manager across one or more marketing fields, in a Business-to-Business company.
  • Experience in creating video and webinar content.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in large cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing agencies and vendors, and strong operational acumen.
  • Experience in creating messaging and content for websites, email, and webinars.
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, problem solving and analytical skills.

About the job

In this role, you will empower publishers on the web by defining and implementing the webinar and video program that helps fuel their growth at scale. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify key opportunities and drive the adoption of Google's publisher products like AdSense and Google Ad Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Define the Publisher on Air content strategy for educational, troubleshooting and product adoption content on products for web publishers. Aligning the strategy with business goals and priorities.
  • Produce high quality webinars in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to drive demand for Publishers On Air as a digital learning platform for our web content creators. Drive product adoption and build an effortless user experience on the platform that can scale globally. 
  • Support the Go-to-Marketing (GTM) strategy across influencer marketing, social media, and email marketing. 
  • Establish efficient workflows for engaging production resources (internal and external), optimizing costs, and scheduling effectively.
  • Expand the program's reach and impact by collaborating with regional sales and GTM teams to produce locally relevant content.
