Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in event marketing or executive communications.
  • 2 years of experience in the production of executive-level events.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the production of executive-level events tailored for global markets.
  • Demonstrated track record in overseeing high-touch C-suite engagement initiatives or high-profile corporate gatherings.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and a executive presence, enabling confident interaction with executive leadership.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with a history of successfully coordinating complex tasks and deliverables.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to drive influence across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to travel and accommodate flexible working hours.

The Events and Experiences team brings the magic of Google to life through physical experiences that make our brand tangible, human, and shareable. You will collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impression.

As an Executive Engagement Program Manager, you will partner with executive stakeholders to design and deliver high-impact experiential programs for priority C-levels globally. You will lead strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery across Google Cloud’s highest-profile events. By collaborating with the Executive Events and C-level Engagement team as well as multiple cross-functional teams, you will create bespoke experiences ranging from intimate roundtables to multi-day thought leadership C-level gathering that inspire our target audience and reflect the innovation of the Google Cloud brand.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of strategic C-level engagement programs to deepen business relationships and drive measurable pipeline growth across Google Cloud.
  • Collaborate with audience strategy and content teams to curate appropriate guests and align executive-level content with program goals i.e., C-level speakers and liaise with the customer reference teams.
  • Manage end-to-end attendee lifecycles, from crafting strategic communications and overseeing executive escalations to driving RSVP tracking and registration workflows.
  • Coordinate with the C-level audience development team, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the strategic impact and Return on Investment (ROI) of all C-level engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with the creation and coordination of executive briefs, conducting research and providing relevant information to executives from logistics to state of the business.
