Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience identifying partners, analyzing and structuring complex agreements, including negotiation and execution.
- Experience working with the product management team to create and execute a complementary partnership strategy.
- Experience drafting, negotiating and signing bespoke/complex legal agreements.
- Experience with Google's performance/measurement products (e.g., data strength, Google tag gateway, data manager, enhanced conversions, vehicle listing ads).
- Experience partnering with technology platforms (e.g., CDPs, CRMs, CMSs, data onboarders, etc.), consultancies and agencies.
- Experience managing incentives, promotions or loyalty programs especially in B2B industries and in online advertising or adtech.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
In this role, you will establish, nurture, and expand key strategic relationships to ensure that they drive continued success for Google, our partners, and for our advertisers. You will work closely with product management, go-to-market, sales, engineering, marketing, legal and finance organizations to implement impactful new partnerships and manage existing strategic relationships. You will work to protect and grow Google's business in EMEA in an exciting context of technology changes and developments. You will grow in ever-evolving and ambiguous environments and be an expert in driving cross-functional alignment across Google teams and our partners.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of Google advertising products and strategy, in particular performance and privacy centric measurement products.
- Outreach to negotiate and sign agreements with key partners (e.g., tech platforms, consultancies, advertising agencies) to support Google’s initiatives in the data/privacy/measurement space (e.g. data strength, Google tag gateway, data manager, enhanced conversions, value based bidding).
- Manage the relationships with our key partners, work with them to activate and expand the partnership and the coverage of these products, maintain operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Partnerships team members as well as colleagues in the Go-to-Market, Global Product Solutions, and Product teams to identify opportunities to grow these partnerships.
- Drive strategic partnership growth plans, keep all stakeholders informed on key developments, and bring new opportunities to partnerships.
