Minimum qualifications:
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Thiết kế Cơ khí, Sản xuất và Tự động hóa hoặc có kinh nghiệm thực tiễn tương đương.
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Quản lý Chương trình Kỹ thuật cho dòng điện thoại Pixel hoặc kinh nghiệm tương đương.
- Có 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm ngành kỹ thuật công nghệ.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án với các đội ngũ kỹ thuật đa chức năng.
Preferred qualifications:
- Có bằng Thạc sĩ Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc bằng Thạc sĩ trong lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Có 10 năm kinh nghiệm trực tiếp làm việc và quản lý các đối tác Nhà sản xuất Thiết bị gốc (OEM) quốc tế.
- Có thành tích đã được chứng minh trong việc quản lý đội ngũ đa chức năng nhằm đạt được các mục tiêu sản phẩm mới, bao gồm chất lượng, tỷ lệ đạt chuẩn và chi phí.
- Có khả năng đi công tác tối đa 30% thời gian làm việc.

Responsibilities
- Đảm bảo sự tham gia sớm của đội ngũ đa chức năng trong việc đưa sản phẩm mới vào sản xuất từ giai đoạn phát triển đến triển khai.
- Quản lý vận hành kỹ thuật các dự án quy mô lớn từ tăng tốc sản xuất đến kết thúc vòng đời sản phẩm.
- Thúc đẩy xử lý vấn đề sản xuất liên quan lắp ráp bo mạch, lắp ráp hoàn thiện và kiểm thử để đảm bảo chất lượng sản xuất hàng loạt.
- Chịu trách nhiệm mở rộng quy mô, thiết lập dây chuyền và đánh giá đủ điều kiện tăng tốc sản xuất.
- Thúc đẩy cải tiến liên tục quy trình nhà máy và tỷ lệ đạt chuẩn, hỗ trợ đánh giá sau tăng tốc sản xuất.
