Ads Apps Specialist, gTech (Vietnamese and English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate in Vietnamese and English fluenty as this role requires working with customers in Vietnam.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in a campaign management role for Search/Display/App advertising.
  • Experience pitching digital solutions to clients or direct sales experience.
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns for clients with proficiency in online measurement, operations, and ad networks, and the ability to implement and optimize campaigns.
  • Understanding of the Apps Ecosystem, App Advertising, technicalities of App Measurement & Attribution, Apps competitor landscape.
  • Demonstrated success on projects, with the ability to independently lead, communicate, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively with cross-site teams.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

As the Vietnam Ads Apps Specialist, you will partner closely with the Sales team to drive Apps strategy and performance for some of our largest and most complex customers. You will advise them on growing their business and maximizing return on their marketing investment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality account and campaign servicing for a portfolio of accounts running Google app campaigns.
  • Dive into the client’s business objectives and build and implement campaign solutions, and monitor and optimize performance to meet these objectives.
  • Build new processes and solutions to simplify complex product optimizations and workflow, and act as an advocate for clients and your team to optimize business growth through tailored solutions and best practice sharing.
  • Anticipate business growth challenges and identify/lead opportunities/programs that need to be initiated, and manage the day-to-day stakeholders and operations with limited guidance.
  • Provide practitioner insights to influence business, product and servicing, and support global teams by providing them with feedback and formulating product asks relevant to client and market needs.
