Senior Product Manager, Anti Money Laundering AI

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 8 years of product management experience in a machine learning space.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.
  • Experience in risk and compliance or anti-financial crime.
  • Experience delivering enterprise products at scale and managing product solutions with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in AI/ML quality evaluation and improvement, including balancing tuning techniques with cost/benefit tradeoffs.
  • Experience driving product goals and design, product roadmaps and key elements of the product development lifecycle such as product proposals, GTM strategy, requirements definition, product launch and customer adoption.

As a member of the Risk AI team you will help drive our product direction, challenge our assumptions and approaches, and help us work on financial crime.

Applied AI builds conversational agents deployed at a large scale that achieve very meaningful results in the real world. Some examples include the customer agent built for large call center environments, to fast food ordering handled by our Food AI agent. The team is transforming how enterprises connect with customers through the power of AI. We also offer unique experiences for team members where you get to work directly with the model builders (Google DeepMind / Vertex), learn and work with brilliant AI leaders, and have access to Global 1000 customers via our existing Google Cloud relationships. The opportunity in this space is tremendous.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Support early adopter customers plan and execute pilots which will span months and involve customers, partner, and Google team members.
  • Participate in detailed product discussions with customers who are experts in investigating financial crime.
  • Drive product adoption by delivering pitches to financial executives and guide, multi-month pilot programs.
  • Communicate product requirements ensuring all features align with robust risk and governance principles necessary in an industry.
  • Collaborate with leading data scientists, analyze performers, present to C-suite audiences, and uncover new partnership opportunities.
