About the job

The Devices & Services Business Organization was formed with the purpose of bringing the best of Google’s software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a Google-branded consumer hardware & services portfolio. The team is responsible for managing all partnerships with carriers, retailers and resellers worldwide.

The Global Channel Sales & Activation team is dedicated to maximizing sales of our products to consumers (sell out) through a network of preferred distribution partners. We achieve this by developing and implementing various programs, go-to-market strategies, and strategic initiatives that empower our regional teams to effectively manage sales and enhance the consumer experience across all sales channels.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust governance frameworks in partnership with global and regional cross-functional stakeholders to drive sustainable growth across retail stores.
  • Drive the global retail measurement strategy by managing key performance indicators including recommendation rate, and aligning with regional teams to ensure target attainment and long-term scalability.
  • Advocate for Omnichannel Go-To-Market excellence by advocating for regional performance improvements and scaling best practices that enhance execution and business growth.
  • Optimize the global vendor ecosystem by evaluating performance and productivity metrics to ensure we partner with industry-leading providers at an optimal cost structure.
