Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience with financial analysis/forecasting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in project management methodologies, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ability to function both independently and within a team environment.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As the Business Operations Finance Program Manager, you will lead and manage financial reporting and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and streamline financial data in support of strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain forecasting models for the ELS team, ensure data consistency and accuracy and keep track of all spending and reconciling to the financial objectives for the organization.
- Interface with finance, gather account level insights and trends in order to build the regional forecast narrative.
- Interface with the business, and keep leadership and teams on track to deliver on schedule.
- Partner with business intelligence to deliver automated reporting solutions for leadership in a consumable way that allows for strategic decision making.
- Co-drive yearly planning and goal setting, set goals for each team within the organization, and lead quarterly insights on performance to report to leadership.
