Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English with local stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.

As a Performance Specialist, you will drive the growth of our expanding product portfolio in the Southeast Asian market. You will be responsible for shaping the local product strategy, delivering performance product (search, performance, demand generation) business and product adoption and localizing go-to-market plans with cross-functional partners.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the performance marketing book of business. Improve the utilization of AI max, performance max and demand generation and normalize the usage of AI in marketing.
  • Develop and execute a product strategy tailored to the needs and challenges of the Southeast Asian market. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and engaged landscape in each Southeast Asian country.
  • Work with sales, marketing, engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and adoption.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement in product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as an advocate for customers, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into product road-maps and decision-making processes.
