About the job

When leading companies choose Google Cloud, it's a huge win for spreading the power of cloud computing globally. Once educational institutions, government agencies, and other businesses sign on to use Google Cloud products, you come in to facilitate making their work more productive, mobile, and collaborative. You listen and deliver what is most helpful for the customer. You assist fellow sales Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers. You liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products.

In this role, you are not just a technical lead; you are the strategic heartbeat of Google Cloud’s most complex accounts. You will own outcomes for high-stakes enterprises, moving beyond execution to architect solutions that lack clear precedent.

Why this role is thrilling:

  • Architectural Mastery: Design and steer hybrid cloud deployments and global migrations that redefine industry standards.
  • Strategic Influence: Lead executive-level stakeholders and bridge the gap between Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to drive a cohesive technical strategy.
  • Innovation at Scale: Solve multi-dimensional problems using Google’s bleeding-edge stack; from big data to advanced security.
  • Community Leadership: Act as a go-to expert, mentoring colleagues and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Architect sophisticated customer experience solutions using Gemini to automate interactions and enhance agent productivity, while simultaneously designing end-to-end AI lifecycles using Vertex Artificial Intelligence (AI), Search, and Conversation.
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into technical roadmaps that leverage the full breadth of Google’s AI stack, from foundational models to specialized industry solutions.
  • Lead high-stakes technical selling strategies, align C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams to overcome complex integration barriers and drive product expansion.
  • Elevate team expertise by teaching advanced AI deployment patterns and foster a culture of technical excellence that identifies new opportunities without clear precedent.
