As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. As a Supply and Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of planners to understand our product areas capacity requirements and ensure that Google has the appropriate amount of infrastructure (primarily machines) to meet those needs. You will collaborate with all organizational levels to define project requirements for new processes and software systems, coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive decision making and plan for scalable, efficient and predictable growth.
