Customer Success Manager, Google Marketing Platform

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of customer-facing experience, working with executives, and driving customer transformation programs.
  • Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with or in a team setting, both internally and externally.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in marketing with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and third-party measurement and App platforms.
  • Experience in video, display, app, and social advertising solutions.
  • Experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
  • Experience working for or with agencies.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and present solutions.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive Google Marketing Platform technology adoption and long-term product usage. In this role, you will focus on project managing and coordinating complex processes, problem solving, communicating across different stakeholder groups, and staying advanced with marketing technology for data collection, measurement, and media activation.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Project manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and coordinate internal resources across many functional areas to meet customer needs.
  • Create learning agendas for client onboarding and ongoing enablement. Lead scaled trainings, product sessions, and account-specific activation sessions in partnership to drive business growth and/or platform/feature adoption and error mitigation.
  • Drive feature adoption to ensure 3PCD readiness and platform stickiness and answer Agency inbound questions re: platforms usage and features and resolve technical roadblocks.
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Google Marketing Platform product capabilities (with a focus on DV360 and CM360), how they integrate with one another and increasingly how they work with Google Cloud.
  • Maintain deep relationships with agency clients, understand their challenges and needs in order to better enable their success with our tools.
