About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Our mission is to deliver seamless, innovative solutions that power Google's Logistic Network, and be the leading provider of end-to-end logistics operations that delivers exceptional value to Google.

As a Reverse Logistics Program Manager, you will manage day to day operations along with contributing to multiple programs, which will reduce cycle times and variability for material flows out of our data center network. You will work cross-functionally on well defined projects across our logistics, commodity management, planning, and software teams. You will require the ability to deliver high quality work, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for your programs. You will have operations experience, project management knowledge, and a passion for analytics. You will work well within tight deadlines and can manage multiple initiatives and tasks at once. Within your role, you encourage return operators to develop relevant on-the-job skills to help build a stronger team while simultaneously fostering growth on a personal level.
