Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
- Experience managing business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or goal settings.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
- Excellent structuring analysis and communication skills, with demonstrated narratives and executive-level visualizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to the gTech Strategy and Operations (gSO) Ads managing director, meticulously charting the path to optimize the present and shape the future of our global GTM function.
- Lead, and execute high-impact, gSO Ads-specific analyses and projects,collaborating across central and vertical teams to ensure effective implementation of actionable recommendations.
- Design and implement initiatives that drive significant operational gains and resource optimization, directly supporting multiple executive stakeholders and executive priorities.
- Partner with gSO Ads leadership to conduct
objectives and key results performance reviews and strategically manage capacity planning to ensure sustained, scalable growth. - Function as the primary GTM for gSO Central teams, driving coordination and execution of critical operations. Facilitate value forums and the people plan to foster deep, outcome-oriented collaboration among gSO Ads managers and across all gSO vertical teams.
