Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in in cloud computing platforms.
- Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management Professional.
- 8 years of experience with supporting the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
- Experience in migrating on premise software workloads to cloud solutions.
- Experience in managing U.S. Federal Government Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreements as a Program or Deputy Program Manager.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate on multiple levels (e.g., leadership team, engineers, cross-discipline stakeholders, partners and customers).

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.
In this role, you will work with Google’s external clients and internal cross-functional technology, engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure program delivery is on schedule and on budget. You will manage multiple technical projects and deliverables, requirements/prioritization, compliance, and reporting for projects to ensure success. You will coordinate across multiple efforts to support bringing the latest Google Cloud technology to the United States (U.S.) Federal Government.Google Public Sector brings the magic of Google to the mission of government and education with solutions purpose-built for enterprises. Responsibilities
- Lead the technical, and program management of large, multi-functional Google Cloud programs with customers and task orders.
- Manage risks, issues, and actions for customers, and track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines.
- Manage deliverables and partner responsibilities.
- Develop and drive completion of project milestones and project roadmaps.
- Deliver executive-level briefings to customer and Public Sector leadership.
