Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Engineering, Product teams, or executive leadership.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with Google Ads measurement solutions: Google Tag Gateway, Enhanced Conversions for Leads, Ads Data Manager, GA4.
  • Ability to set a goal and direction and translate these into quarterly and annual goals.
  • Ability to work, collaborate and influence cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior management and product teams.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving, with the ability to develop and lead complex operational and strategic GTM initiatives.
  • Ability to travel within the APAC region in case of business priority.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GCS Agency Teams and their external agencies to activate and increase adoption and usage of Google YouTube+ (YT+) solutions.
  • Deliver on key drivers/metrics to reach quarterly and annual business growth goals for the region.
  • Design and lead an effective GTM that includes internal and external enablement to accelerate YT+ capability of Agency Teams and Agency partners in the region.
  • Co-pitch priority YT+ solutions to strategic agency partners and customers along with Agency Strategic Agency Managers (SAMs). Work cross-functionally in region and globally to lead and deliver on YT+ business priorities for APAC Agency.
  • Lead YT+ enablement for APAC by developing effective Enablement levers to scale. Shape the YT+ Product road map by advocating and sharing customer and product feedback with Global Product Leads to reflect the needs of GCS partners and customers.
