- Coordinate and optimize calendars, travel, expenses, and priorities for Global Support Organization and Data Center Operations site managers on-site while operating effectively in a changing environment.
- Anticipate site manager needs as a trusted thought partner who proactively identifies issues, develops creative solutions, improves team operations, and demonstrates organizational skills by prioritizing tasks with precision and detail.
- Participate actively as a member of the Global Partnerships Administrative Business Partner Community and contribute to site and culture initiatives. Maintain the highest standards of Google confidentiality.
- Plan and execute site-wide and team events, both internally and off-site. Communicate and collaborate with a various range of people and job functions.
- Prepare meetings for site management or the team. Assist with note-taking and action item creation for designated site manager meetings. Assess and advocate for office space needs.
