Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or Program Management, in a business development/sales development environment.
- 3 years of experience in forecasting, quota setting, sales analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- 3 years of experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), reporting tools (Looker, Tableau), and automation for scaling operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in APAC markets and Cloud/SaaS sales.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to align cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.

As the Vendor Programs Lead for the APAC BDR Team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, ensuring the team delivers predictable pipeline growth through effective planning, quota setting, and performance tracking. You will lead forecasting, quota setting, planning, and territory mapping, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will own reporting, data strategy, and performance analytics, providing insights that drive decision-making and execution across the region.

Responsibilities
- Own forecasting, quota setting, and territory planning, ensuring alignment with regional GTM priorities and growth targets.
- Oversee reporting and analytics, defining the BDR data strategy, governance, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Develop scalable processes and cadences to improve BDR productivity and ensure effective execution of programs.
- Partner with CGE, Sales Ops, Marketing, and BDMs to optimize planning, align KPIs, and drive continuous improvements.
- Provide data-driven insights to track performance, optimize headcount allocation, and improve campaign effectiveness.
