Strategy and Operations Lead, Performance Product Strategy

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or digital advertising strategy, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or product go-to-market strategy in traditional or digital advertising.
  • Experience using quantitative tools (e.g. Google Spreadsheets, pivot tables, SQL) to segment advertiser portfolios to create the right lead lists.
  • Ability to translate product offerings into sales facing value propositions in line with customer business and marketing objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, and problem-solving capabilities, and track record of building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Passion for product development with an extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to multiple work-streams in a paced environment.

About the job

In this role, you will be focused on supporting Search Bidding and Performance Lead Gen to grow the Performance business by driving and activation synergies within our Performance Product suite. You will be driving adoption and activation of our solutions through sales teams and specialists; actively influencing future product innovation to better fit the needs of our customers; and cross-functionally managing the overall direction.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales, Specialists and Product leaders to co-create, own and drive Go-to-market strategy for Performance products. 
  • Power the business day to day through Insights, Product expertise and activation support. This would entail supporting Sales and Specialists to deploy, activate and grow our Performance business.
  • Articulate business/market needs to support product development to better meet the needs of the ALCS market.
  • Support internal leadership reviews and external executive engagements.
