Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in GTM and commercial strategy, with a deep understanding of complex global technology platforms (e.g. Android) and channel partners.
- Track record of leading large-scale, complex programs from conception to completion under demanding deadlines.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives, actionable strategies, and compelling visualizations for executive-level consumption.
- Ability to successfully drive outcomes across teams and navigate organizational complexity without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence executive leadership on high-stakes decisions.
- Strong change management skills, with the ability to stay organized and effective while navigating shifting priorities.

The Platforms and Devices Commercial Organization (PDCO) manages the global go-to-market strategy and partnerships for Google's platforms, devices, and services across Android, Chrome, Pixel, Google Nest, and Fitbit. We partner with carriers, retailers, and enterprises, and education institutions to bring these products to users. Our Strategy and Operations team partners directly with Android's commercial leadership to drive the global business strategy.
As the Global Strategy and Operations Lead for Android GTM, you will define the commercial strategy to maximize market and user impact. You will assess the effectiveness of our current market activities through balanced scorecards, develop channel and consumer insight driven strategic plans, and ensure those plans are successfully executed in our key markets.
In this role, you will build strong, influential relationships with executive stakeholders across various functions, including Android Marketing, Finance, Partnerships, etc. You will be responsible for communicating strategies, program status, risks, and remediation plans to executive stakeholders.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Develop and own the end-to-end commercial strategy for Android, serving as a strategic thought leader to leadership by providing critical insights on business decisions, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive priority cross-functional strategic initiatives and lead large-scale, complex programs through the entire lifecycle to ensure successful growth and user engagement outcomes.
- Lead the quarterly GTM business review process by synthesizing data from multiple teams into high-level performance insights for presentation to global and regional leadership.
- Manage core GTM business operations, including monthly performance tracking, budget and investment analysis, and preparation for high-stakes partner engagements.
- Foster strong cross-regional partnerships by collaborating with teams in APAC, AMER, and EMEA to drive unified strategy and alignment across all global markets.
