Display and Video 360 Account Manager, LCS Travel (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with the local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in media agency (programmatic strategy, activation or media planning) or programmatic tech companies.
  • Knowledge of the DV360 platform from a Media and Tech angle.
  • Knowledge of the programmatic advertising landscape.
  • Ability to communicate in German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.

The Travel team works with some of the most sophisticated and largest German and international travel customers, including global brands.

As a Display & Video (DV360) Account Manager in Large Customer Sales (LCS), you will manage a portfolio of Travel brands that currently leverage DV360 buying for their media needs and objectives. Our mission is to unlock sustainable business growth for Google by empowering our partners to reach their full potential through the DV360 platform. We aim to shift the conversation from simple media buying to strategic value creation. We are looking for an ambitious seller who is obsessed with customer success and can navigate a multi-stakeholder and layered environment. You will be an advocate for travel innovation, advocating for Google’s unique right to win through our market-leading AI solutions and insights.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for Programmatic Account Management (DV360 Platform) of top travel customers. Build and maintain the knowledge of DV360 and the programmatic landscape.
  • Build clients and agency relationships through service excellence, balancing customers campaign needs with your proactive approach to selling and advising on their marketing activity. Collaborate with account teams in designing and delivering strategic growth opportunities, while also managing in-quarter business growth goals.
  • Develop, manage and deliver an in-quarter business plan and also build a roadmap for long-term transformational opportunities through your knowledge of DV360 landscape and travel industry expertise. Provide DV360 expertise and optimization support for immediate campaign needs.
