Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in sales or marketing at an agency, technology or media company, or leading a vendor operation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in meeting goals within a sales portfolio, and sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.
- Experience in leading and managing multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience in improving business relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- Experience in working with digital agency partners.
- Ability to influence agency partners through relationship building, thought leadership, and solution recommendations

In this role, you will drive business growth and acquisitions by managing partner relationships, from executives to operations teams, ensuring an excellent experience for all clients and partners. As a Google representative in markets, you will act as a bridge between Google, partners, and customers, leading agreement management, providing product education and support, and enabling Media Sales Representatives. Additionally, you will contribute to program enhancements and partners by analyzing performance, providing feedback to internal teams, and aligning partner needs with Google's priorities.

Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and acquisitions by collaborating with external partners, achieving quarterly goals for new and existing business, and ensuring an excellent experience for both clients and agencies.
- Build partner relationships from executive to operational levels, ensuring consistent strategy and execution.
- Serve as a Google representative for markets, bridging communication between Google, partners, and customers, while also managing and negotiating agreements.
- Enable Media Sales Representatives with resources, insights, and training to enhance customer service.
- Lead product education and support partners for market activation, resolving product questions, and troubleshooting customer issues when partners are unable to, while also providing feedback for program enhancements.
