Programmatic Account Executive, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience within programmatic advertising.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of and established relationships within Canada's programmatic agency ecosystem.

Our team works with the largest programmatic agencies and marketers in Canada to plan, execute and optimize their Display and Video 360 (DV360) media. We are a group of passionate problem solvers who are dedicated to earning the investment of our customers and helping them achieve their business objectives.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with senior programmatic clients, develop and execute a growth strategy that align to customer business objectives.
  • Strengthen relationships with internal Google cross-functional teams and be a trusted advisor to customer and agency leadership teams.
  • Have a strong point of view regarding the digital industry changes and Google's current positioning and how that will change in the future.
  • Optimize business growth while attaining quarterly and annual goals and deliver accurate revenue projections and actively manage pipeline.
  • Develop the critical role agencies play in Canada's programmatic ecosystem.
