Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in program management in environments using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch or capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • 15 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • 7 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.
  • Experience in planning and delivering cloud solutions in public cloud, preferably Google Cloud Platform or hybrid environments.
  • Experience in account management, client service or management consulting experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party teams to deliver successful cloud centric solutions.

The Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services team guides customers through the moments that matter most in their cloud journey to help businesses grow. As part of an innovative team in this rapidly growing business, you will help shape the future of businesses of all sizes and use technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners.

As a Delivery Executive, you will work directly with Google’s customers on multi-year transformational engagements underpinned by Google’s Cloud Platform (GCP) to drive business value for customers. You will provide thought leadership, delivery management, consulting, and technical skills to customer engagements while working with Google's cross-functional executives and key technical leaders to oversee the planning and deployment of solutions via GCP.

You will also work with key Google partners, GSI and niche, and Global Delivery Centre teams currently servicing key accounts using your extensive experience of building and leading teams and driving successful deliveries in multinational, matrixed organizations from inception to completion. You will deliver multi-team, transformational engagements by combining a understanding of industry customers and cloud technologies with excellent communication, influencing and delivery leadership skills. Responsibilities

  • Manage efforts to update existing solution content or create repeatable content (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions.
  • Generate partner insights and participate in business reviews with partners to formulate partner strategies.
  • Lead identification, execution and sustaining of solutions based on user/partner/client business objectives and technical requirements that have been previously defined, developed, and approved for multiple related projects or a critical project.
  • Analyze trends of solution issues across users/partners/clients and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks in the future.
  • Oversee the development of technical or nontechnical solutions based on user/partner/client business objectives that are compliant with legal requirements.
