About the job

Our team's mission is to fuel GCS growth by enabling customers to achieve the most with our products today and shape our products for tomorrow.

Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is a highly collaborative group of individuals who work hard to deliver at-scale, customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sellers, and influence product design for the GCS segment. By liaising with our partner teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Sales Finance, Education, Large Customer Sales), the PSA team works hard to equip GCS Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and to ensure that our customers’ needs are addressed and expressed to client/product teams.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GCS Sales teams, Google advertisers and agencies to increase adoption and usage of Google’s First Party Data Measurement solutions (e.g., Enhanced Conversions, Google Tag Gateway, Customer Match, Conversion Lift, etc.).
  • Work with sales teams based on a quarterly named client list via co-pitches and pre-pitch support. Collate information regarding common objections, successful strategies and product knowledge gaps, and facilitate internal and external product trainings.
  • Understand our GCS advertisers’ measurement opportunities & challenges in the privacy first world, in order to create activation strategy to drive current and future measurement products across APAC and help evolve the future strategy and GTM approach.
  • Monitor and report on key drivers/metrics. Work with team leads to ensure effective narratives are developed, and leverage those resources to equip promoters with product knowledge and expertise.
