About the job

As the Head of Regional Sales Programs and Infrastructure, you will lead a team of Regional Program Managers (RPMs) and Regional Product Leads (RPLs) supporting the EMEA Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales business, and be responsible for shaping, launching, and landing key sales programs and sales tools/workflow changes in-region. You work with global program leadership and other cross-functional partners (product partners, sales finance, service providers) to shape, prioritize and commercialize initiatives with sales teams, ultimately benefiting our mid-market customers and unlocking billions in incremental business growth.

As such, you will be a systems thinker who is able to influence large groups of Directors and Vice Presidents (VPs), while also ensuring operational excellence across multiple sales teams to launch and land change and drive business results. You will provide trusted, holistic feedback and analytical insights from your region to influence the central strategy and road map. In this role, you will identify opportunities for future growth and then create and implement plans to achieve these goals, working closely with sales and cross-functional leaders. You use your regional expertise to lead deployment of program/product launches and sales pilots in-market, and represent the region on what’s working and what’s not.

You are a successful people leader, a proven thought leader, a sought-after business partner, and bring structured problem solving to the team. You should take initiatives that can "crunch the numbers", partner with executive stakeholders to think through strategic issues, and communicate effectively with global teams to drive significant change initiatives.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it.

  • Lead team to deliver on strategic business goals and operational priorities.
  • Lead regional deployment of sales program launches/pilots, and ensure strong landings by building out effective communications and go-to-market activations.
