Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 8 years of experience managing multinational and technical programs/projects.
- 8 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data center or mission critical facilities.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of facilities with medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical distribution systems.
- Experience in managing "owner's" teams to deliver industrial-type capital projects, including engineering, construction management, and project controls.
- Experience with data center equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, etc.).
- Understanding of start-up/commissioning processes.

You will be able to conceptualize and describe the delivery of a data center facility from start to commissioning and understand the nuances and risks that you and your team will need to manage.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, construction, and capital project support for ongoing operations within a critical region.
- Provide tactical leadership over data center construction projects.
- Develop and mentor high-performing teams of engineers and project managers.
- Serve as a key partner and vendor development lead for general and trade contractors.
- Foster a forward-thinking and collaborative culture among project stakeholders.
