Quality Manager, Service Delivery Management, gTech Ads Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
  • 5 years of experience working, supervising, and managing third-party logistics relationships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Six Sigma, COPC, or LEAN certification (or other similar operations coursework).
  • 3 years of experience managing vendors and outsourced providers.
  • 3 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
  • Experience in creating, revamping Quality framework and improvements.
  • Experience using tech and analytics tools, with knowledge on SQL.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Measurement, and Attribution products.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

The team is part of the gTech Ads organization that helps Google's Large and Medium Customers and advertisers meet their business goals by providing Google Tag and Campaign implementation services. LCS and GCS sellers and support teams rely on the teams services to improve customer experience and unlock incremental value. You'll have the opportunity to drive significant impact via improvements to a critical part of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive quality operations with vendor partners, provide input into quality workflow design in collaboration with relevant teams enabling noise-free quality and customer experience.
  • Translate business requirements into measurable outcomes through quality evaluation, decipher the language of the business including financials, market trends, growth strategy, competition, and direction.
  • Lead stakeholder management in a cross-functional and global multicultural environment.
  • Inform and influence strategic Tools’ roadmaps by collaborating with the relevant cross-functional teams and see them through to execution and impact.
