Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist, supporting technology and non technology level Vice President (VP) leaders at global companies.
  • Experience in workforce planning and organizational design.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in HR in the following areas, such as organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.
  • Experience with large-scale, organization transformations across multiple regions.
  • Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and verbal format.

Teams across the Devices and Services Product Group (DSPG) research, design, and develop new technologies and devices to make our users interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world. DSPG’s mission is delivered primarily through the Pixel ecosystem of devices including phones, watches, and buds, with phones serving as the central focal point for our personal AI experiences.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with deep capabilities in organizational development and strategic people support. The applicant will understand industry best practices and be excited about working in a fast-paced culture.

As a People Partner, you will work side-by-side with executive leaders to solve complex organizational challenges, set strategy, and execute on key goals supporting organizational health and talent development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought leader and partner for DSPG client groups, offering expertise on organizational strategy and execution through core people processes like talent planning.
  • Lead high-complexity programs and projects to identify root causes and develop value solutions for the business.
  • Analyze and determine key insights from people data including Googlegeist and organization health trends to guide leadership decisions.
  • Partner closely with People Partners across the platforms and devices HR team to deliver value, unified support to our client groups.
