Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models or AI chat bots.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- Experience developing/launching products in the enterprise communication, omnichannel, or customer support technology space.
- Excellent business acumen, investigative, and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
Customer Engagement (CE) is a team within Ads focused on providing tools and products to enable Google to intelligently engage customers and help them succeed at scale. Our solutions cover marketing, sales, and support for the Ads business and also customer support for Google’s consumer ecosystem with many of those products serving more than one billion monthly users. Our goal is to build a unified, AI-first, and omnichannel experience that enables Google’s advertisers and consumers to engage with Google representatives.
In this role, you will focus on infusing our communication channels with intelligence by advising the effort to automate solutions for Google's advertisers using Agentic AI.
Users come first at Google. Responsibilities
- Define the product goal and roadmap for leveraging Agentic AI to automate user solutions within our communication channels (Email, Voice, Chat).
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to translate your product goal into technical specifications and solutions. Advise on the product impact of technical decisions related to communication platforms and AI model integration.
- Support agents, sellers, advertisers to succeed. Understand the issues advertisers face and the workflows of our internal teams to build AI-driven solutions that provide fast, effective resolutions.
- Communicate the goals and value proposition of intelligent, automated channel experiences to stakeholders across CE and its partner ecosystem.
- Leverage data and user insights to inform product roadmap decisions, measure the success and effectiveness of automated solutions, and optimize channel performance.
