- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing a technical customer-facing team in a cloud computing environment in the field of AI.
- Experience with the application of AI solutions in contact centers and customer engagement.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience.
- Ability to mix technical experience with simple, everyday language to deliver a story that is memorable, useful, and demonstrates business and technical value to customers.

- Lead, develop, and nurture a team to engage with AI Natives and large enterprise customers on AI-driven transformation journey.
- Collaborate with customers, demonstrate business value from the Google Cloud Applied AI products, prove technical viability, and create a path to business.
- Develop and nurture relationships with technical leaders at customers, and lead customer conversations at leadership and executive level.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as the Applied AI product and engineering team and the Applied AI sales team, to prioritize customer needs, and bring new product innovations to customers and with the Google Applied AI Sales leaders to prioritize and plan customer activities.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI news and innovations, as well as engaged offerings, so as to lead by example and be a trusted AI advisor to customers.
