This internship is intended for students in their penultimate academic year, who are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.

Minimum qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or post secondary or training experience with a focus on subjects in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or other related fields.
- Experience with the cybersecurity investigative process or incident response environments.
- Experience with cyber defense.
- Experience with cyber security domains.
Preferred qualifications:
- Currently attending a degree program in the US and available to work full time for 12-14 weeks outside of university term time.
- Penultimate academic year or returning to a degree program after completion of the internship
- Understanding of methodologies to discover security tool vulnerabilities and gaps in regulatory compliance.
- Understanding of common cyber attacks, and basic measures to detect and prevent them.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-$113,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on building and/or maturing cybersecurity programs and the implementation of tools and technologies used for enterprise security.
- Contribute to cloud-based customer environment reviews, support team members that assess networks and make recommendations.
- Identify and respond to logged security events or misconfigurations that could lead to security events.
- Support the creation of whitepapers, along with customer facing slides, reports, and roadmaps, as well as produce engineering documentation and architectural design.
