Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in Product Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Ad Agency, Research Agency, Product Marketing, Product Management, Management Consulting, or similar roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in higher education, EdTech, or corporate learning spaces.
  • Experience working and managing third-party vendors to drive development of training content, assets, and collateral.
  • Experience in creating and delivering high-quality business narratives (e.g. presentation decks).
  • Strong project management experience and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of GCS (SMB) programs and of the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to manage client relationships and translate needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Our mission in Product Sales and Activations' (PSA) is to fuel Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Growth by enabling customers to achieve the most with our products today and shaping our products for tomorrow. We are the product and business experts behind the thousands of GCS Googlers that are responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption.

We work closely with GCS Mid-Market Sales Teams, Regional PSA (rPSA), Global Product Leads (GPLs), Revenue Strategy & Operations (RSO), nd Marketing to execute on Seller Success’ mission to enable and empower GCS sellers to sell better and more effectively. GCS Seller Success is responsible for activating the go-to-market strategies for Google’s advertising products through knowledge, skills, and solutions collateral, direct-to-customer materials, activations, and tools that support MMS and SBS-E Sellers to drive customer success.

The sales impact of the enablement materials we create -- assets, tools, and sales plays -- is measured through their ability to grow product adoption, deliver time savings and high engagement from sellers, and increase seller satisfaction. We identify opportunities through data-driven analysis of our customer and salesforce needs, develop business cases for those opportunities, build consensus with stakeholders, and program manage cross-functional teams to enable GCS advertiser success and business growth via priority product assets.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$136,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Create and curate assets, collateral, and training materials that address the needs of the GCS MMS and SBS-E programs. 
  • Design and develop engaging learning content, including training decks, workbooks, job aids, interactive activities, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information, understand training needs, and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Craft compelling stories that translate product-heavy terminology into simple, easy-to-understand terms and narratives for MMS and SBS-E sellers and customers. 
  • Develop visually appealing and informative assets and collateral, from one-sheet, pitch decks, and other sales collateral to support product and sales initiatives.
