Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
- Understanding of GBO and its business channels and teams.
- Ability to understand and articulate the “big picture" to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
- Excellent program management skills with ability to manage multiple projects that span Alphabet’s different divisions.
- Excellent communication skills, to help teams.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization (GBO). The team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth.
This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and launching the next generation of Ads products (from representing the voice of the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption). This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBOers business skills to ensuring execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities. GTM has teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as in global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are focused on the practical implementation of solutions.
The Product Strategy and Operations team exists to drive coordinated product decisions across the Ads ecosystem. As a member of the Global Cross-functional (xFN) Team, you will drive outcomes that span Google’s Product, GTM, gTech, Marketing, and Finance organizations.
As the team member, you will be responsible for helping set the ongoing agenda for GBO leaders. You must be able to break problems into project plans, and motivate global teams to make a decision with imperfect information. You will closely partner with GTM, Product & Solutions Activation (PSA), gTech, Marketing, Finance.

Responsibilities
- Lead time-sensitive strategic projects for GTM by understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations.
- Work cross-functionally with cross-GTM teams, People Operations, Sales Finance, Marketing, and Communications teams to scope, manage and execute projects.
- Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis, communicate key findings to the leadership with presentations; program managing efforts on behalf of our stakeholders.
