Specialist Manager, Finance, gTech Ad Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
  • 5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of Google’s ad product offerings, sales teams, or service operations as well as the customer and competitive contexts related to the programmatic advertising space.
  • Ability to take data and insights and distill them into meaningful and coherent presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, while navigating ambiguity throughout the process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex business or technical concepts internally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product specialists responsible for driving the strategy to help advertisers meet their business objectives. Set the vision, enable flawless execution, and inspire each team member to perform while helping them identify opportunities to grow and stretch.
  • Be a coach for the team and demonstrate both expansive and reductive thinking as needed. Provide mentorship, meaningful career evaluations and facilitate professional development plans, and invest in your own product and market expertise in the constantly changing media landscape.
  • Drive a dual focus on fostering a customer-centric culture by pivoting all solutions around customer/marketing objectives, building commercial muscle within the team to help deliver revenue through either bespoke or scaled work.
