Senior Account Executive, GMP Expansion and Onboarding (English, Mandarin)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising, media sales, business development.
  • Experience in digital media or agency or programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in GMP full stack, specifically DV360.
  • Expertise in managing and upselling digital advertising campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of traditional vs online marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently overachieve goals and business objectives to drive growth.

The Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Acquisitions team is a newly established sales program that will drive incremental revenue on Google’s tech platform (GMP) by partnering with customers and agencies. We are sellers who leverage executive influencing skills to upsell Google’s enterprise solutions by demonstrating the value of GMP platform. We empower clients to explore and reach new heights by selling and architecting sustainable GMP solutions that accelerate the next wave of revenue growth.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. Responsibilities

  • Drive the goal for Google’s strategic GCS customers, executing business strategies to grow GMP revenue through the adoption and usage of DV360 and CM360.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with executive stakeholders at marketer clients, agencies, and partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our ad tech platform, providing consultative guidance on product leverage. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to troubleshoot issues and oversee successful implementations, and manage project complex initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Establish credibility and rapport with executive stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand the product suite.
  • Build C-suite relationships and lead presentations, communicating complex technical information clearly and concisely. Identify and address client needs, ensuring long-term satisfaction and success.
