Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in technical troubleshooting or customer support, and in business analysis to conduct analytics, develop dashboards, and make recommendations.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, advertising solutions and the media landscape, both online and offline, along with strategic thinking.
  • Ability to engage with and influence senior leadership with excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic consulting or business development skills and ability to identify and prioritize strategic or tactical business opportunities.
  • Track record of successfully managing cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships.

The Apps Product & Practices teams within Enablement delivers quality, scale, and efficiency on how Google commercializes its app advertising products. It is the liaison between product and gTech services where needed, and it is responsible for ensuring that product launches and customer-facing migrations are seamlessly executed. Its mission is to empower practitioners & products to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$204,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Drive gTech activation for the Google Ads App advertising business, including App Campaigns and Web to App Connect (W2AC). Develop a services strategy to assist in achieving regional goals including Business Facing Metrics (BFM).
  • Help in prioritization and designing the right goals and metrics, analyzing the existing headroom.
  • Enable frontline readiness to service launches and migrations for nascent features.
  • Generate actionable insights for product improvements. Influence technical solutions to drive product priorities.
  • Create and maintain servicing plans for advertisers. Work on continuous improvement of services strategy to adopt any changes in the products and metrics.
