Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of relevant sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms.
- Experience in direct client sales/management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with customer and relationship management, and with technology-using platforms.
- Experience in the mid-market segment (corporate) working with digital native target accounts.
- Ability to work towards strategic business goals in a fluid environment.
- Ability to engage with developer audiences as well as C-level IT and business leaders.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will advocate for the Cloud Platform, promoting technology for business innovation. You will introduce Google Cloud Platform to our customers and accounts, drive awareness in the developer and startup community, and leverage and build the Google Cloud Platform partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Build and develop executive relationships with customers, and help Google grow into organizations. Influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.
- Facilitate and manage the business cycle, and present to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.
- Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, work collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google partners to maximize business results in territory and discover opportunities with enterprise customers.
- Understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, business drivers, and technology strategy.
- Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
